(replace mail.yourdomain.com with Your domain e.g. if your domain is bobsite.com then it should be mail.bobsite.com)
Click Next.
In the Account Name and Password fields, enter your email address and password, and then click Next.
On the setup confirmation page, click Finish.
On the Mail tab, select the account you just created and then click Properties.
Go to the Servers tab.
Select My server requires authentication, and then click Apply.
Go to the Advanced tab.
In the Server Port Numbers section, change Outgoing mail (SMTP) to 28, and then click OK.
(Optional) If you will be checking this email account in multiple computers, you will want to keep a copy of your email messages on the server for a short amount of time, in the Delivery section, select Leave a copy of messages on server.
Below this option is a section to choose how long to leave these messages on the server. If you choose to Leave a copy on the server you also need to set up this option. Generally delete after 7 days is acceptable.
This will keep your mail box on the server from getting too full.
If your mail box on the server becomes full, any email sent to you will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.
