How Do I Update My Contact Information with Knight Tymes? |
To update the information we have on file for you or your company please follow the instructions below. Our system allows you to manage this information online via a secure web site.
- Go to https://purpleguy.infusionsoft.com/ClientLogin/login.jsp
- Log in using the email you have on file with us and password.
- If you do not know the password click the "Need a Password?" link under the Log in button.
- The system will email you your password.
- IMPORTANT:
If you enter your email address to retrieve your password and it tells
you you are not in the system and asks you to create an account. DO NOT
DO THAT. Please submit a support ticket and we will look up your
password. You will then be given an opportunity to update the email
address on file with us. If you create a new account you will be double billed.
- Click the "Edit" link just below the phone number. Make the changes and click the "Update" button.
- Click the word Log out in the top right corner of the screen.
